- Minimum 1 year of experience testing electronic assemblies
- Strong skills in component-level troubleshooting (solid state and digital circuits)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry/documentation tools
- Experience using flying probe or in-circuit testing equipment
- Candidates must be able to read and write in English and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Military 'back-shop' experience repairing LRUs, circuit cards, or subassemblies
- Familiarity with radar systems and RF circuit troubleshooting
- Experience with vibration and thermal ESS testing
- Knowledge of solid-state devices and microcircuitry
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Additional technical training equivalent to an Associate degree preferred
