Job Description:
Job Title: Intern – HR RecruiterLocation: On-site, Bangalore
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:As an HR Intern, you will support end-to-end recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling, and coordinating interviews across all levels.
You&39;ll engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
Additional responsibilities may also include maintaining and updating candidate data, creating recruitment dashboards for reporting and analysis, rotating across recruitment functions, and learning to use internal HR tools effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:You should have proficiency in MS Office/G Suite
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
A keen interest in recruitment is essential.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
