Shape Global Aviation: Join Airbus&39;s Filton-based Detailed Parts Commodity team, playing a vital role in supplying critical machined parts, some over 20 meters long, to Airbus plants and Final Assembly Lines worldwide.
Lead & Innovate: This isn&39;t just a procurement role; you&39;ll lead global supplier relationships, manage complex contracts, and actively contribute to shaping procurement and supply chain strategies for all Airbus programs
ABOUT YOU
Procurement Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and tendering (e.g., CFTs) to contract award and management.
Commercial/Contract Acumen: The ability to understand, apply, and negotiate complex commercial terms and conditions within contracts, particularly regarding pricing and supplier agreements.
Financial Understanding: Knowledge of how procurement activities impact financial performance, including contributions to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and participation in cost reduction programs.
SAP Skills (Basic): Proficiency in using SAP for updating pricing information and releasing Purchase Orders.
Data Analysis & Monitoring: The capability to monitor supplier performance (Quality, Support, Logistics, Delivery) against contractual requirements and contribute to improvement plans.
