STS Technical Services is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our client’s growing team at Global Power Components in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering steady hours, overtime availability, and long-term stability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits
- Communicate inventory discrepancies and related issues to management
- Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve variances
- Compile inventory reports and ensure data accuracy
- Enter and update information in Epicor ERP system
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to read and use measuring tools such as tape measures
- Familiarity with bill of materials (BOM)
- Experience with computers and ERP software (Epicor experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Must pass a competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screening
