Position DetailsJob Title: Inspector
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday First Shift (4/10 schedule)
Pay Rate: $28+ (will pay more for IPC 620 Space Addendum)
What You’ll DoAs an Inspector, you’ll work with a variety of electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring each component meets strict quality and performance standards. Your responsibilities include:
Performing visual inspections of in-process and completed products including electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical subassemblies
Identifying structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds
Using precision tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and measurement scales
Reviewing and working from blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and inspection checklists
Determining whether to accept, reject, or recommend rework of defective components
Supporting quality assurance processes, including statistical process control methods
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and production standards
Documenting inspection findings and maintaining accurate records
What You BringRequired QualificationsExperience performing visual and dimensional inspections in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Familiarity with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow established inspection processes and procedures
Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
Preferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace, aviation, or high-precision manufacturing environments
Knowledge of electronic assemblies or electromechanical systems
Familiarity with statistical process control or quality assurance methodologies

Pay Details: $14.00 to $34.25 per hour
