Schedule: 1st Shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime on Fridays as needed)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
Role OverviewAs a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality welded components for mission-critical products used in construction, industrial, and utility applications. You’ll work hands-on with materials and equipment to ensure precision, safety, and durability—while building your skills and advancing your career.
🛠️ What You’ll DoWelding & Repair
Perform MIG and TIG welding to repair and fabricate metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and welding specifications
Inspect welds for structural integrity and correct defects such as porosity, undercut, or penetration issues
Execute groove and fillet welds in positions such as 1–5G and 1–3F (pipe and plate)
Fabrication
Review mechanical drawings to assemble and align components accurately
Use hand tools, fixtures, and power tools to fit and fabricate parts
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet exact specifications
Identify and troubleshoot production issues to maintain workflow
Safety & Quality
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
Demonstrate a strong commitment to precision, consistency, and continuous improvement
✅ What You BringRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Hands-on welding experience (MIG and TIG required)
Ability to interpret technical drawings with supervision
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Preferred QualificationsExperience with brazing
Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments
Ability to recognize and repair common weld defects
Positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
