🔩 What You’ll Do
As a Welder, you’ll play a vital role in fabricating and assembling high-quality piping systems. Your day-to-day work will include:
Perform specialty MIG welding on spool pieces, flanges, and related pipe components
Weld outlets onto carbon steel pipe according to specifications and quality standards
Inspect completed welds and materials for defects and quality issues
Verify alignment of fittings and proper groove depth on pipe ends
Inspect pipe for seam defects, splits, and other material imperfections prior to welding
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe welding work area
Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards
Report equipment malfunctions, repair needs, and safety concerns to management
Utilize basic reading, writing, and computer skills to complete online training and production documentation through Workday systems
📌 Important: This position is required to have a weld test performed during the interview. Candidates must bring their own welding hood and PPE.
✅ What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience
Experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
Minimum 1 year of basic computer experience, including Outlook and email communication
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
