Le programme d&39;avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de Programme pour rejoindre notre équipe Centrale Programme basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez dans un environnement international en collaboration avec toutes les fonctions Airbus et les fournisseurs sur tous les continents. 

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Programme Intégration qui a pour mission principale d&39;habiliter les fonctions A220 contribuant à la performance intégrée de la chaîne d&39;approvisionnement dans l’environnement série pour atteindre nos objectifs.

L&39;organisation de l&39;équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Gestionnaire de Programme sera de sécuriser la performance de la chaîne d&39;approvisionnement intégrée et d&39;anticiper les risques / opportunités sur l&39;ensemble du périmètre d&39;approvisionnement pour atteindre les objectifs du programme (TCQP), et aider à la prise des décisions stratégiques.

Vos défis :

• Représenter le Programme dans les rencontres multifonctionnelles avec Procurement afin de contribuer à la stratégie d&39;approvisionnement et à la sélection des fournisseurs conformément aux besoins et objectifs du programme en lien avec le budget Programme;

• Rendre possible les activités d&39;approvisionnement et diriger la sélection des fournisseurs conformément aux exigences d’intégration du Programme;

• Piloter le budget du Portefeuille Industriel (partie Buy) afin de sécuriser les projets liés à la continuité des opérations et/ou la maturité de la montée en cadence;

• Orienter les RP/NRP réclamations pour minimiser les EBIT/Cash impacts sur le Programme;

• Structurer, en transverse cross-fonctions, votre tableau de bord afin d’avoir une vision synthétique de la performance des fournisseurs et des plans d’actions correspondants. Alerter et préparer les escalations nécessaires avec toutes les fonctions impliquées;

• Identifier, valider les Transferts Industriels (ToW) liés au work package en termes de budget et de planification. Anticiper, consolider les risques et sécuriser les plans d’actions cross-fonctions pour éviter les impacts sur les objectifs du Programme;

• Participer aux gestions de crises consécutives à des défaillances fournisseurs et pouvoir en prendre le lead au besoin;

• Piloter la consolidation des risques, opportunités et contraintes de la chaîne d&39;approvisionnement intégrée à rencontrer les objectifs du Programme avec une attention particulière à la préparation des montées en cadence;

• Préparer, organiser et animer les Program Review Meetings avec les fournisseurs et préparer les Executive Program Review meetings.

Votre profil :

• Vous avez un Baccalauréat en chaîne d&39;approvisionnement, gestion industrielle, logistique, génie industriel ou autre domaine pertinent;

• Vous avez un minimum de dix (10) ans d&39;expérience pertinente;

• Vous avez acquis des compétences en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel;

• Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement Airbus et de ses fournisseurs;

• Vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles;

• Vous savez travailler en équipe et avez de bonnes aptitudes pour négocier et dégager une vision commune alignée;

• Vous avez un comportement de leadership authentique et des valeurs que les gens et les équipes veulent suivre;

• Vous avez la capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, projets et dimensions simultanément, souvent dans un environnement peu clair, incertain et en évolution rapide;

• Vous justifiez d’une bonne expérience dans le domaine aéronautique;

• Vous avez un fort niveau d’engagement professionnel et avez des capacités d’adaptation pour toujours vous concentrer sur les priorités. Vous savez synthétiser et présenter clairement;

• Vous avez un niveau avancé de bilinguisme (français et anglais).

Ce poste peut nécessiter des déplacements occasionnels au Canada et à l&39;étranger.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Program Manager to join our Central Program team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work in an international environment in collaboration with all Airbus functions and suppliers on all continents.

You will be part of the Programme Integration team. Our main mission is to enable the functions contributing to the integrated performance of the supply-chain in the serial environment to achieve our A220 objectives.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Program Manager will be to secure the performance of the integrated supply chain and anticipate risks/opportunities across the entire supply scope to achieve program objectives (TCQP) and help to making strategic decision

Your challenges: 

• Be the program Representative in Procurement MFTs (Multi Functional Teams) in order to contribute to the procurement strategy and selection of suppliers in accordance with the needs and objectives of the program in relation to the Program Budget;

• Enable procurement activities and direct supplier selection in accordance with Program integration requirements;

• Manage the Industrial Portfolio budget (Buy part) in order to secure projects linked to the continuity of operations and/or the maturity of the ramp-up;

• Contribute to RP/NRP claims to minimize EBIT/Cash impacts on the Program;

• Structure, across functions, your dashboard in order to have a synthetic vision of supplier performance and the corresponding action plans. Alert and prepare for necessary escalations with all functions involved;

• Identify and validate Industrial Transfers (ToW) linked to workpackage in terms of budget and planning. Anticipate, consolidate risks and secure cross-functional action plans to avoid impacts on the Program&39;s objectives;

• Participate in crisis management following supplier failures and be able to take the lead if necessary;

• Drive the consolidation of risks, opportunities and constraints of the integrated supply chain to meet the objectives of the Program with particular attention to preparing for ramp-ups;

• Prepare, organize and lead Program Review Meetings with suppliers and prepare Executive Program Review meetings.

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a Bachelor in supply chain, industrial management, logistic, industrial engineering or other relevant field;

• You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience;

• You have acquired project management skills in an industrial environment;

• You have good knowledge of the Airbus supply chain and its suppliers; 

• You have good interpersonal skills;

• You know how to work in a team and have good skills to negotiate and achieve a common aligned vision;

• You have authentic leadership behavior and values ​​that people and teams want to follow;

• You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and dimensions simultaneously, often in an unclear, uncertain and rapidly changing environment;

• You have good experience in the aeronautical field;

• You have a high level of professional commitment and have the ability to adapt to always focus on priorities. You know how to synthesize and present clearly;

• You have an advanced level of bilingualism (French and English).

This position may require occasional travel within Canada and abroad.
