PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading company in the electronics manufacturing industry to find motivated individuals ready to jumpstart or grow their careers as Molded Assemblers. In this hands-on role, you’ll help produce high-quality components that power essential electronic systems—making a real impact behind the scenes of everyday technology.
Your Role & ImpactAs a Molded Assembler, you’ll play a key part in the production process by assembling precision components and ensuring product quality. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, values teamwork, and is eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll DoPerform basic assembly tasks working with connectors and molded components
Clean and prepare parts to meet quality standards
Handle small components requiring attention to detail and precision
Follow safety procedures, including working with and around chemicals
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
Comfortable working in positions that may include sitting, standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (a plus, but not required)
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
