Job Title: Electrical Wire Harness AssemblerJob Description
The Electrical Wire Harness Assembler reads work orders and technical documentation to assemble, rework, and test aircraft wire harnesses and related electrical components. This role focuses on precise wire terminations, connector rework, routing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, reliable electrical assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, form boards, blueprints, and wire lists to determine required materials and the sequence of assembly.
- Assemble and rework electrical wire harnesses for aircraft components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and any other components built into a wire harness.
- Wrap and tie wires neatly and securely to meet design requirements and maintain organization within the harness.
- Route wires through harnesses and assemblies following specified paths and clearances.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of aircraft electrical experience, specifically working with wire harnesses or similar assemblies.
- Hands-on experience with wire harness assembly and aircraft components.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, form boards, blueprints, and wire lists.
- Proficiency in reworking connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, and lugs.
Pay
Shift
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday
- 3rd shift hours - Mon-Thur, 9:30pm-6:30am (shift starts Sunday night). Friday, 9:30pm-4:30am (shift finishes 4:30am on Friday)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
