Location: Plano, TX Schedule: 1st Shift (7:15am to 4pm) Payrate: $20/hr

As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate movement of materials within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is more than just operating equipment—you’ll help manage inventory flow, support shipping and receiving operations, and contribute to overall team performance. Your attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions will directly impact productivity and operational success.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and store materials safely and efficiently
Lead and support material handlers in daily inventory movement and control activities
Receive, inspect, label, and deliver incoming materials accurately
Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing lists, and bills of lading
Prepare, package, and ship finished goods and materials
Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock rotation and shelf-life tracking
Monitor workflow, balance team assignments, and help meet output goals
Audit transactions for accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies
Coordinate outbound shipments and communicate with freight carriers
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training preferred
4–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments; including forklift license
Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials, including items over 20 lbs
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
